Drive a Dream Overall, I thought this dealership was average. The salesman Ameer was very helpful with information over the phone. He was very good about texting and sending information. However, when I went to pick up my new car at dealership, my 2016 Infinity QX80 did not look like it had been detailed. I took it to a local shop to have this done when I returned home. It was disappointing considering the cost of the car. There were no mats in the car and it was pouring down rain. Only one paper mat was on the driver's side. The dealership did end up shipping new mats to my home. Therefore, I was able to change my review. Ameer was helpful to get the mats shipped to me ASAP. Aziz was kind enough to take me to drop off rental car and bring me back to the dealership. Nobody went through the car with me to show me how everything worked. Ameer was on vacation so perhaps it would have been better if he were there. More

Not your average used car dealership I usually hate shopping for cars because i feel like I am over paying from a sleazy sales person. This was totally opposite. Lemon turned into lemonade My experience was unique as I was buying the vehicle online and never actually saw in person. This meant I had to put a lot of trust in the salesman My experience was unique as I was buying the vehicle online and never actually saw in person. This meant I had to put a lot of trust in the salesman and team that work there at the dealership. I received some vague answers on some of the questions that I asked initially which made it seem as if this was not going to be a good transaction. I remaied patient and worked with the entire team to include the general manager there that made sure my experience was a good one. I received an awesome vehicle at a fair price and if I consider purchasing another luxury vehicle, I will consider this dealership again. More
