I’ve been taking my Honda Ridgeline to Piazza Honda for service for a little over 3 years now. Honestly, I hope that my next car is a Honda too so that I can keep using the Services department there. I usually work with Amelia when I need service since she is always prompt in getting back to me and just a pleasure to interact with any time I need something done on my Ridgeline. But in my experience, no matter who you get for service, the whole team is great. I’ve worked with Theresa, Joe, and Wesley when Amelia wasn’t available and they are all awesome. It is clear that the Alex and his team are happy to be working there and do everything they can to give you an honest price and quick service to go with it. They definitely make getting service on your car as easy as it can be and explain everything in a way where you can trust they are only recommending what you need based on what you came in for. Just a really solid team overall that I hope I can continue to use for service for years to come. More
