As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by my name. I was not scheduled but was a walk-in for an oil change. I was checked in quickly & went to the waiting area to continue my work via the provided Wi- I was not scheduled but was a walk-in for an oil change. I was checked in quickly & went to the waiting area to continue my work via the provided Wi-Fi. Within the hour I was notified my oil change was completed. At checkout additional information concerning potential issues were identified with associated costs. I needed to check my calendar and schedule at a later date. I have ALWAYS been treated not like a customer but a partner. My 2015 CRV has received regular maintenance & I have experienced no issues while exceeding 200,000 miles. This is my 2nd Honda; I will continue to buy and recommend Piazza for both Sales & Service. More

My service rep Amelia was very Pleasant and Accommodating. I came in to schedule my service for a future date but she said my vehicle is here so let's get it done today. She arranged for valet Accommodating. I came in to schedule my service for a future date but she said my vehicle is here so let's get it done today. She arranged for valet service to and from my house, which was close to the dealership. The service was completed and I got my vehicle back in the afternoon which saved me the time and trouble to bring it in another day. I was very impressed with Amelia !!! More

I came intending to just drop my car and have to come back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. They said it’d be about 2 hrs. and it was almost on the nose! back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. They said it’d be about 2 hrs. and it was almost on the nose! Very grateful for their effort. Great place, friendly helpful people, and a comfortable waiting area with water and snacks provided. I received a text telling me that additional work was needed and was able to okay that without even getting up out of my chair! Well done, Piazza Honda of Reading! Well done. Sorry I don’t remember names, but everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and kind. So I rated them all excellent!! I’m sure they deserved the stars! More

I prefer getting the oil changed at Piazza knowing that the ge Besides being very efficient at her job, she was very informative, friendly and kind. I prefer getting the oil changed at Piazza knowing that the genuine Honda oil filter is used bcuz i want the best for my car and the oil change was done in a timely manner. Plus, the coupon I used was a very big help to me as a senior citizen. Lastly, the snacks in the customer lounge were a very nice addition to a great experience. Thank you Piazza for everything!! More
