Amie has been great but I cannot say the same for the valet and check-in process. It just takes forever for them to pull up the car. I had to wait 30+ min for my car to be retrieved. Not to mention the a valet and check-in process. It just takes forever for them to pull up the car. I had to wait 30+ min for my car to be retrieved. Not to mention the absolutely horrendous check-in process when you drive up. There is always a log jam there which in turn creates a log jam for the valet retrieval. I love bringing my car in for service here because they do good work and Amie is wonderful, but I waste about an hour in total just trying to drop off and pick up my car. Something needs to improve. Thanks. More

Amie was great, she gets 5 stars! She is very knowledgable about the car. She informed me upfront of the services that would be performed and very personable. This was my first time having Amie knowledgable about the car. She informed me upfront of the services that would be performed and very personable. This was my first time having Amie as my service provider. The only hiccup was picking up my car, After checking in with Amie and being told my car would be to me soon. I waited quite a while and watched several people get their car before me. once the crowd was gone, I was the only person left, no one explained to me where my car was. I watched the team that brings the cars stand around and then another person who arrived after me get their car, No one approached me. Finally I went back to Amie. She took care of it. Prior to Amie, Marco was my service advisor. Both do a great job. More
