I love the c-max so far. I'm disappointed that my payments are higher than my last lease, as I was told that if I was a repeat customer they would be lower. Amillie was friendly and easy-going (which was a pleasant surprise). Throughout the next 2 months, she was responsive to my questions and very attentive. She did a terrific job having the vehicle ready when I came in to test drive it and getting my paperwork ready ahead of time on the day I purchased. She even realized we had forgotten about the bed extender and did terrific follow up post-purchase, to get me set. The sales/numbers process was transparent and simple with my trade in. Thanks Irina also did a great job getting me through the paperwork in record time (I had requested to expedite as I needed to get home). More

I was early in my research but she was so friendly and helpful that I continued to ask questions. She then had Amillie Kayacan contact me to answer my car specific questions. Amillie was amazing. She was easily the most knowledgeable sales person I've ever come across in my 30+ years of buying cars. She was also the most service-oriented and conscientious sales person I've known. She was no pressure, just very, very helpful and quick to respond. She had my best interest in mind. I now have a car I love driving because of her help. She has continued to be helpful even after the sale. Mike Holly was also very helpful and reassuring that I would be dealt with fairly. He was right. Levi Klaudt was easily the most efficient car finance guy I've worked with. I'm used to an hour or two to complete financing. Not so in this case. What a nice change. Oh ya, the car I got was the best deal in a 500 mile radius. That helps too. I drove over 200 miles. The car was represented well online and over the phone. It was maybe even better in person. This was an encouraging buying process from a very customer-friendly dealer. I can't imagine it gets any better. More
