Zaman and Zaman did not pressure the sale, but spent time answering all my questions. I will most definitely purchase my next vehicle at Koons Toyota. Before visiting Koons Toyota, i visited a Toyota dealership adjacent to my residence and they did not seem interested in finding my perfect Camry or negotiating a sale. The second visit was at another Toyota dealership and again, the sales person made no effort to find my perfect Camry. Both of these dealerships insisted on a high Market Adjustment above the invoice price. This was not the case at Koons Toyota. Koons Toyota hit a home run. I was very fortunate to have met with Messrs. Zaman and Darbandi to find the perfect Camry. What an Outstanding sales team! I did buy a vehicle on Saturday, May 8th. The experience was OK. I'm a repeat customer. The only complaint I had was my interaction or lack of follow up with Amin Darbandi. Once he realized I wasn't going to buy an extended warranty, etc. his tone and demeanor changed. At that point he was just rushed to get me out. He also has not returned any of my phone calls or emails regarding the Maryland inspection I needed to get for your dealership. I left messages for him on his voice mail and also had the operator hand deliver one to him. No response to emails either. Ignoring a customer is not good business especially on an important matter of this nature. More
