Finance Dept, Paris, explained all of the options for extended coverage and service plans very well. He did an excellent job of using the electronic pad and making the experience much better. Who likes settling on a price of a car only to be "re-sold" on additional items...but Paris was very knowledgeable and great a developing a positive environment and conversation. More

Greg was very professional and did not pressure me in any way. He was very knowable about the features of the vehicle I was interested in and took his time explaining some of the new safely features. Friendly and efficient people from the sales department. Billten even retrieved and packed my old license plates despite not even being my assigned sales associate. On the finance department, Ben helped with verifying my credit stuff and Amin was great at explaining all the paperwork that needed to be signed as well as the maintenance and car care options. More

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda thanks to Greg Ellison. He was very nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of Mazda cars and other manufacturers. Greg answered all our questions and gave us a demo of all the features of the car. He really took his time to make sure we’re comfortable. Greg even called a couple days later to check if everything with the car was alright. The rest of staff was great. They Informed us of extended warranties we can optionally purchase but there was no pressure compared to other dealers in the past. More
