Poor Customer Service/ False Advertisement The worst dealership I have ever been to! The sales rep indicated that I was approved & that he would call me on Monday to discuss the numbers in more The worst dealership I have ever been to! The sales rep indicated that I was approved & that he would call me on Monday to discuss the numbers in more details. Monday comes & no call from the sales rep. So I reached out to him. The gentleman told me he would call me Tuesday. Tuesday comes & no call. So I reached out to the dealership. Of course the gentlemen is not there however another sales rep is calling all of his clients in his absence. The sales rep. calls me to tell me I was never approved & I need a co-signer. The very same day I went to another Nissan Dealership & drove off in the same vehicle that this dealership said I was not approved for & needed a co-signer. Not only does this location have poor customer service they have a mailer out illustrating false information . I will never visit or recommend this dealership to any one More
