My husband bought his Subaru Outback from Peninsula Subaru and didn't seem to have any complaints with the company so I decided to special order a 2021 Subaru Ascent from them. Big Mistake! Huge! We go Subaru and didn't seem to have any complaints with the company so I decided to special order a 2021 Subaru Ascent from them. Big Mistake! Huge! We got the call that the car arrived and went into the dealership. Several hours later we go into finance. By this time we just want to take this gorgeous thing home and enjoy every moment of it, because this is my first brand new car. We sit down with finance and come to find out they added all of these warranties that made the vehicle $54k. The contract was already written with all the warranties added without even being asked. We put $10k down and still the amount of the car was around $54k. MSRP from the window sticker was $48k. So they really took us for our money. Then come to find out they did the same thing to my husband when he bought his Outback. Anyways back to the story! My husband and I were both tired of sitting and waiting and just took delivery of the vehicle. We purchased a 3m clear bra, and a ceramic coating to help protect the paint. Weeks later the front bra is bubbling so I took it in to the dealership. They ended up cutting the bubble out and sent me home. This will be the forth time now taking it in because they say that they have fixed it but the cut out is still there. I have left a message with the Service Department and still haven't gotten a call back. I have sent an email to the Service Manager and still haven't gotten a response. I have also left messages with the parts department to order parts for my husbands outback and still have not received a call back. I am very disappointed with this dealership and am extremely mad at myself for purchasing with them. By far the worst experience I have encountered. Please use my experience as an example not to purchase or frequent their Service Department. More

Everyone I encountered to include the salesman, lot attendant, finance specialist and manager, receptionist, and detailer were ALL happy to answer any questions and did so in a positive manner. The purchase of my 2020 Outback XT Onyx Edition was smooth, accommodating, and exciting. Every detail of the purchasing process was explained to me in an honest and forthcoming fashion which made me feel at ease. My sales team worked with my schedule and catered to my busy lifestyle. Every member of my sales team made my experience exciting congratulating me and giving me 100% support and confidence in my purchase. Before I drove my car off the lot: I was given a walk through and explanation on how all of the different features worked. I felt comfortable and confident when I left. I am looking forward to my complimentary follow up appointment to answer any additional questions I might have after driving it awhile by a specialist. I got on the golf cart driven by Garrett another friendly helpful salesman, once I saw the car I told both Amir and Garrett I couldn't afford it.. I didn't want a car payment and didn't have a job at the moment. They said no problem we want to help you because I mentioned I help rescue horses. Horses lovers there.lol. needless to say, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They worked hard to get me my beautiful dream car. These guys are the best!!!!! More
