When we arrived at DeLand KIA we were just looking, thinking we wanted a plug in hybrid. Ryan was the first salesperson to approach us. We told him about our interest and he went above and beyond to f thinking we wanted a plug in hybrid. Ryan was the first salesperson to approach us. We told him about our interest and he went above and beyond to find a car that met what we had asked about. He showed us several models and trims. I told him some of the options I really wanted and he found several with the “bells and whistles I wanted. After a while we found out that the closest plug in hybrid was not in FL. Ryan switched gears and began showing us hybrids. We finally “ landed” on the Sportage. Ryan was understanding when we told him we needed some more time and we would get back to him. He even reached out to me that evening to see if I had any questions for him. Long story short, when we drove on to the lot the next day, he again was the first person to greet us. We bought a Sportage Prestige . We are very happy with our purchase. Before we left the dealership he sat in the car with us again and went over the basics. We are returning one more time for a last question and answer meeting. Ryan Penn is a very polite young man who made us feel very comfortable during this entire experience. He deserves this 5⭐️ rating. More

When Johnson stated that he would get me a good price on a new Sportage, he wasn't kidding. The first price Johnson came back with was $20,000.00 less than another Florida KIA dealer had quoted me.
