Brought truck in for a lurching issue on the expressway, asked that it was test drove on expressway so they could feel what I was talking about. Got call that they were going to do a flush to radiator and A asked that it was test drove on expressway so they could feel what I was talking about. Got call that they were going to do a flush to radiator and Amy told me there was a software update that they were going to do that sounded like the problem. Got a call that it was done to pick it up. The next morning I drove to work, and the lurching was still there but a little worse. It was obvious that the Tech didn't do a test drive after it was supposedly fixed because they would have definitely felt there was still a problem. I called to get it back in, and took it back Jan 2nd at 8am. I finally called at 4ish and was told that it was going to need a Torque Converter at $4,000 or a new radiator at $6,000. The Service Mgr was the one I talked to. Needless to say, I was surprised to hear this, because it wasn't something said at original appt. I lost my husband August 2, 2025 he was a master mechanic so did all our vehicle issues himself. I was very hesitant to take it to a dealership, haven't heard good things about service, but I thought I bought it at Victory they will take care of it. I'm very disappointed and feel like it was no big deal to him, unfortunately I don't have the money to have these things done, and will be asking for a second opinion. More
