The lack of honesty and accuracy involving the promotions offered with the car sale was disappointing. Regardless of how informed or uninformed the dealership was regarding any promotions, it should not fall offered with the car sale was disappointing. There were no apologies or attempts to rectify the resulting issue. Additionally, the Montrose sticker for my car was not provided, despite repeated requests.
