In my experience, my service advisor lacked friendliness. Wasn't rude, but I'd appreciate more warmth. They attributed my car's problems to an after-market matter and mentioned how they should have charge Wasn't rude, but I'd appreciate more warmth. They attributed my car's problems to an after-market matter and mentioned how they should have charged me for a diagnosis. I told them how the problem was already present before any after market changes were made, but they refused to listen. I went to another dealership and they found a pre-market issue which they fixed and now my car is problem-free. They also left a dirty stain on the internal roof of my car. Car wash wasn't dried properly and I have water spots on my plastic. I don't expect it to be perfect, but my experience here was not great. More

Mr. Roy Wells went above and beyond for me and to be honest I was a bit skeptical since my last service didn’t go so well. He assured me that things will be different and I am glad that he did not disap honest I was a bit skeptical since my last service didn’t go so well.
