The video of the vehicle inspection allows for an informed conversation with service advisors. It's also nice to know the advisors believe in their product and their technicians. I had a wonderful conversation with one of the service advisors about her track experience with a HELLCAT. The service department is a friendly place, which is really important when the customer is already stressed about repair costs and the lack of a vehicle. More
