I went in to have my vehicle looked at. I was never informed that I would be charged for this. I hadn't been charged the time before. So I was not expecting it. But I also deserve to be informed of any fees that would be assessed. The lady at the desk also never really acknowledged me and when she did, I was spoken to as if I were an inconvenience or stupid. Rude and unprofessional. Won’t respond to emails , her attitude and demeanor are trash . I’d be embarrassed to have her working for a company like this . I was under the impression they would fix the seatbelt issue for the 30 minutes she quoted me. I did not realize they would spend 30 minutes diagnosing a problem I already told them was a problem and char issue for the 30 minutes she quoted me. I don't know much about this Dealership. But they had a good service center and knowledgeable staff and technicians. Got my repair done in a reasonable amount of time. Parts are a little But they had a good service center and knowledgeable staff and technicians. Got my repair done in a reasonable amount of time.
