I had an emergency at the end of the business day coming off a holiday weekend and the staff at Victory came through to take care of me. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did. I will absolutely trust them again with my vehicle and check with them first on future purchases. More

I purchased a vehicle 4-11-25, they didn't have the title and told me they'd have our top me shortly. The car was totaled on 4-14-25 when someone hit me. Now it's 5-17-25 (over 30 days) and they still haven' and told me they'd have our top me shortly. The car was totaled on 4-14-25 when someone hit me. Now it's 5-17-25 (over 30 days) and they still haven't given me a title! I can't finalize my claim until I have a title! I asked if they'd at least loan me a car since they're holding up my claim and they won't return my phone calls now. Not to mention I find out through my insurance company that I was SEVERELY overcharged for that car. This place is run by unorganized criminals. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!! More
