EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ON THE HUNT FOR A NEW VEHICLE AND HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND TALKED WITH MANY SALES REPRESENTATIVES. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ON THE HUNT FOR A NEW VEHICLE AND HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND TALKED WITH MANY SALES REPRESENTATIVES. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS TURNING OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE. FINALLY WE SAW A USED CAR AD AND DECIDED TO CHECK OUT JOE CECCONI'S CHRYSLER JEEP. LET ME TELL YOU THAT IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AMY WAS SO KIND AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY CAR PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE. More

Typical dealer, lies, 3 different answers for same problem Purchased used car they did not want to fix existing transmission problem gave me runarounds after bringing it in 3 times. I was told that the part was not in and would have to special order and will have a 20% chance of fixing problem. After waiting a month from my 3rd (45 minute drive in each way) I called to ask what the part was called and they told me the part was in stock and had 3 in stock and had them in stock, not what Shawn the manager told me. I was scheduled to bring in car on a Wednesday morning and the work would take a day and half. I called Wednesday to add an oil change and they told me car is being worked on , fine Thursday I call to do d out when I can come and pick up car and they told me they did not start on car yet???? WHAT??? I was told they were working o. It yesterday and today (Thurs) they tell me they have not replied they transmission yet. Of course more excuses . After complaining to Justin from costumer service he said he contact me for a free rental, no call back was made in fact I called the next dayFriday and he did not remember me, nice. Anyway I was told car would be ready by end of day after picking up my SUV half way home the engine light goes on, now I have to drive it back 45 min again. Lets see if I have to leave it again. Very poor after sale treatment They are quick to sell you a vehicle but after the sale will kick you to the curb. Where do I start? So in December I go to trade in my truck for something smaller due to medical issues. I decided on a 2016 Jeep Compass. Had to have someone cosign for So in December I go to trade in my truck for something smaller due to medical issues. I decided on a 2016 Jeep Compass. Had to have someone cosign for me and off with the Jeep I go.... Seems like a smooth transaction right? Well hold on tight this is where it gets rough.... So a few weeks go by and I get a call from the bank for the loan they informed me that because someone (at the dealership) lied on the credit app they can't approve the loan. Great what happens now I call the dealership ask what is going on and who lied about stuff? Still don't know who but they say we have another bank to take the loan I say good let's get this done. Send out paperwork and it gets sent back again!! OK xxx you people do this everyday. So this entire time my traded in truck is sitting at the dealership still not paid off although I've been driving my new jeep now for over a month. And my credit score is taking a beating because they repeatedly tell me they've sent the payoff for it here we are today and the trucks still not paid off! Well finally we get a loan secured only took two and a half months but finally got it done! However still have no registration for the new Jeep and the temporary is expired has been since the 14th. Not to mention the missing 75.00 still hasn't been found nor do we know why it disappeared. If you deal with this dealership only deal with Richard Geiss More

go elsewhere I went there 6/28 and Amy was wonderful my husband got the vehicle he wanted and even with credit issues we were able to get financed yhe car had high I went there 6/28 and Amy was wonderful my husband got the vehicle he wanted and even with credit issues we were able to get financed yhe car had high miles so no warranty however after a few days I contacted Amy and they still had us bringit in they checked the car and were unable to find anything wrong (no fault of Amy) I took it a few days later to my mechanic who drove it for 5 minutes came back and told us exactly what the noise was ( there was a recall on it we made appoint with ford and vehicle fixed) then we patiently waited for the registration sticker to come to us well a few days before it was to expire I called the Dmv they had nothing in the system showing we had purchased a new car so I went to my local dmv office (erie county) and still nothing so I called cecconi's and flipped out on a Dave who told me it was because he sent paperwork to niagara county ( um it is a central data base for the dmv) needless to say I was irate by this point and it was a saturday and the registration paper expired on Sunday unable to drive car on Monday so I called the Dmv office personally on Monday and was told they never submitted the paperwork until 8/5 REALLY We purchased the car on 6/28 it took over a month to send the info to the dmv So I called Cecconi's back and spoke to Dave again who acted like it was no big deal ( mind you I cannot legally drive this car. HOWEVER THE DMV IS VERY NICE AND THE REP WAS PULLING MY PAPERWORK TODAY TO GET IT PROCESSED So I had to call the DMV back and make a complaint against Cecconi's and lost a day of pay behind this dealer holding onto paperwork and trying to deflect who was at fault onto the DMV when Cecconi's was truly at fault for holding the paperwork for over a month SMH More

2010 Toyota Highlander We originally went to Joe Cecconi after we noticed they had the the make and model car we were looking for (2010 Toyota Highlander) with low miles at We originally went to Joe Cecconi after we noticed they had the the make and model car we were looking for (2010 Toyota Highlander) with low miles at a reasonable price. We called ahead and spoke with Amy Sabers who was very friendly and made arrangements for us to come in. When we arrived later that day, the car was already set up for us to take it out for a test drive. Unlike some dealerships, we were given full access to it (no dealer ride-along) and just told to bring it back when we were done. Honestly, it could have ended at the test drive as we would have been content to shop around at some other places. But when we told Amy what we were looking for in terms of trade-in and payments along with a few fit and finish items that we noticed needed to be addressed with the Highlander (small paint chip, condensation in headlight lens), she hit everything on the list. We were so astonished that we decided to buy it that day. As I alluded to before, I've had bad experiences with other dealerships (actually, a well-known dealership chain in WNY) so I went into this with a lot of trepidation. But she has been great and has helped up with any follow-up questions we've had. When I am looking for my next car, I will check with Joe Cecconi first. More

After some bad experiences at 3 others dealerships I had all but given up on finding the Jeep we wanted. Tried one last look on line on the Auto Trader website and found a Wrangler my wife and I like and fi all but given up on finding the Jeep we wanted. Tried one last look on line on the Auto Trader website and found a Wrangler my wife and I like and figured why not try one last time. I spoke to Amy Sabers and set up an appointment and told her what we wanted and was skeptical when told they could do exactly what we wanted after our other experiences. We agreed on a delivery date and when we came in everything was as we had wanted! All we can say is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!! LOVE THE JEEP AND THE EXPERIENCE.... More

Cecconi Chrysler, Julian and Amy were answers to my Caravan search. After a day and half of having dealers not listen to me, I hit the jackpot. Once I mentioned that the balloon payment was not for m Caravan search. After a day and half of having dealers not listen to me, I hit the jackpot. Once I mentioned that the balloon payment was not for me, it was never mentioned again. They worked hard to not only make the sale, but make me happy. I cannot recommend Julian, Amy and Cecconi Chrysler enough. More
