I really liked Coy, who was very friendly and accurately told me how long I would be there for the treatment that had to be done for the recall. The dealership seemed to be highly focused on sales. Nothing wrong with this, but when focus on sales seems more important than the focus on customer service I draw the line. I still don't know exactly what it is I bought (car or spaceship) or how to properly configure it. Not one person in the dealership has asked me how I like my new car or offered to answer questions about its many advanced features. More

Have always received great service from Seattle Hyundai. This visit was for an oil change and general service check. They checked everything and found the oil clean and full so the did not recommend changin This visit was for an oil change and general service check.
