It was a good service experience. One thing though, no one ever takes the time to review the work order. I do not get shop supplies, add on expense for no reason or explanation. I was driving on 64 when the low tire pressure symbol showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant sq showed on my screen. I headed for Gettel with the thump thump starting. Just made it into service. I knew it would need 2 new tires. The attendant squeezed my car into your busy schedule. They had tires in stock that were compatible with the newer tires on the car. It would be a 4 hour wait. Luckily it was only 2 1/2 hours. The car was washed. Excellent service & extra effort to resolve my emergency situation. Waiting room was pleasant. All personnel were very helpful, pleasant to work with. Drive out on my Thanksgiving new tires!!!! Thank you. Gettel Maureen More
