I leased a 2 vehicles and eventually financed myself a Tacoma trd off road with Ana and mimi My first car I was was not able to qualify for and somehow she pulled some magic strings and got me what I wanted. After my first lease was up. I moved up from a coralla to a rav4. While I was in my second year of my lease I moved away but I knew I had to go back eventually to return the car. When the whole covid pandemic happened my work shut down and let everyone go. So I decided to go back home and see if I can get out of my lease to make purchase on a new vehicle. I had a small window before returning to work to get this new vehicle. The reason why is because I am on the road a lot and I needed a car that I can put attachments on and not have to get new parts once my lease was up and I was in a new ride. It was very difficult to get out of my lease and somehow she worked her magic to get me into a new car without having to pay the remainder of my lease. My car was also beat up pretty badly so the dealer was being hard on me to take it back. All other agents I have talked to, told me that I will need to pay off the rest of my lease. They pretty much acted like I was wasting their time because I was a stuck with my rav4 for another year. Also It was very difficult for me because I was very specific about which car I wanted. once the vehicle came to the lot she informed me right away and we got a deal done and now I drive a sweet new Tacoma trd off road and I love it!! Also my brother purchased a jeep about a year ago and it started to have problems this July. he felt like he was stuck with it because the blue book value had it at a very low price. He went to a few dealers and they all gave him real low ball offers and where going to add a ton of money onto a new loan for a new car. I saw the struggle he was having, he went to 5 different dealerships, posted it on auto trader, and it was always some type hustle or issue scheme they had up their sleeve. I had to take matters into my own hands I had him speak to Anna and she got him into a new rav 4 LTE and took his jeep that made him miserable off his hands. his costs remain low for his new car and now he’s a happy camper. Anna and Mimi are no joke. They see past the hustle and really work in the consumers best interest and really try to help the buyer get the best deal possible on the car they really want. She gets 5 stars from me and as long as they are in the car business will always get my business.
