This was a very organized when buying a car. I began by making an inquiry on line. I was contacted by email immediately, with a price of the car I was interested in. I was then called in the morning by a very nice woman called Mary. She was able to make an appointment for the time I requested. When we arrived we were met by sales person Ana Mayers. She was prepared for our arrival with car we were interested in ready to test drive. We found when we got there that we were not as sure of model we wanted, Ana accommodated our requests by showing us several different models. She then searched and found the color and model we wanted. She was patient and very easy to talk with. Explained the pricing and payments. Met with finance person Steve Rosen, who was spoke to us about our options. He was personable and informative. We were able to make a deal and take the car home all in the same day. This was a pleasant car buying experience. I would recommend the dealership, everyone we interacted with was kind. More

I came to Toyota of Hackensack because of all the excellent reviews I found online. Figured this dealership had a good reputation so this was where I wanted to purchase my new Toyota. All I can say is the reviews were completely accurate! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted. Ana Mayers worked with me to put together my new 4Runner build. She did not try and sell me something I didn't want; instead she worked toward understanding exactly what options and color I wanted. She then outlined what the next steps are and what the expected timeline for receiving my new vehicle would be. Ana kept me updated throughout the build wait time. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership she worked with me to prepare the necessary documents for finalizing the purchase remotely via text and email. When it was time to pick up my new vehicle I was nearly in and out within an hour. I can't say enough about the team at Toyota of Hackensack. From the sales team to the finance team, it was truly a pleasant buying experience and I especially appreciated everyone's professionalism and dedication to meeting the customer's demands.
