I drove 5 hours to come to Hackensack Toyota to pick up a car. When I got there I was so disappointed because the car that I was picking up was supposed to have a sunroof and the car that was waiting on me, car. I encountered Ana and she could sense my frustration from the moment that I hit the front door. Honestly, I was ready to turn around and run away from this dealership, my faith in their competence was a zero, considering that I drove 5 hours to pick up a car that was listed incorrectly on their website. Ana basically saved the day and saved the deal. She went above and beyond to make it right. I ended up buying the car and she is having a sunroof installed. She is probably the best that Hackensack Toyota has to offer! She was able to emphasize with my frustration and problem solve to make the situation better. If you go there ask for her! You will be glad that you did. More
