After two test drives, she gave us her honest opinion, that for our needs and affordability, the Corolla would be our best bet. Sure enough, we walked out with our new car a few hours later in the exact color I wanted. Thanks to her help, the entire process was so painless, which was appreciated considering this was my first experience with buying a new car. It can be intimidating to go in a car dealership because sales representatives can be pushy but Ana exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly nice and took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. Ana went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car that I was most comfortable with. Also, Dan (car specialist) was very friendly and helpful. He was thorough and patient when he was explaining the specifications and features of the car.
