Super knowledgeable, super patient, and absolutely no pressure. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right car without trying to upsell me or push anything out of my budget. The test drive was fun, and he explained every feature in a way that actually made sense. It felt more like getting help from a friend than dealing with a typical salesperson. Then there’s Ana Uribe, the Sales Manager. Ana was super professional, honest, and easy to work with. She made the whole numbers/negotiation part simple and transparent, and I felt comfortable with every step. You can tell she runs the place with a lot of integrity and really prioritizes the customer.
