Our staff works primarily by appointment to help avoid situations where a guest arrives when someone is off or temporarily away, and we regret that this was not clearly communicated. With nearly two thousand vehicles shared across three stores, it is also not always possible to know in real time when a vehicle may have sold earlier the same day.
