This place is absolutely a joke! The car I was scheduled to see got loaned out to an existing customer and I was not able to view it. I was willing enough to sit down and negotiate a price without seeing the car, but they were only able to come down $200 from the online price, which in my opinion is a joke for my 3 hour round trip drive and time spent with dealer. A big thank you to Edgar, the Sales Manager, and Ali, the Finance Manager, for their outstanding customer service. They were both extremely patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Their communication and professionalism truly stood out, especially handling everything remotely so seamlessly. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave us throughout the process, and it made all the difference. I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable car-buying experience! More

While the purchasing stage was decent, the post-purchase failed to meet expectations. Sadly, our sale rep misrepresented features that the vehicle supposedly had but come to find afterwards that it did NOT. failed to meet expectations. Sadly, our sale rep misrepresented features that the vehicle supposedly had but come to find afterwards that it did NOT. Additionally, the preventive and protection warranties we were told we could not opt-out from were not installed on the vehicle. The bare minimum support we were given by our sales rep was not to take accountability but rather defer us to the Service Team to schedule an appoint to have the vehicle looked over. Sadly, had we not read through the documentations provided regarding these warranties and what they entailed no one from the dealership was going to contact us to tell us that they failed to inspect the vehicle to ensure these features were installed. We have been repeat customers of multiple Covert dealerships; unfortunately, Covert Bee Cave has fallen well below expectations and level we have received from the other locations. More

We’ve bought dozens of Covert vehicles over the years, but our experience with Covert Cadillac Bee Cave was so disappointing that we sold our Cadillac and moved to a new dealership. The service department but our experience with Covert Cadillac Bee Cave was so disappointing that we sold our Cadillac and moved to a new dealership. The service department was very good but when the transmission needed to be replaced on a new vehicle, we were very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled by management. Although GM authorized a replacement transmission we were uncomfortable with the need of such a major system in a new car and wanted to speak with the general manager about possible solutions to address our concerns. The Bee Cave management team was a huge disappointment. We were not allowed to speak with the general manager and we were shuffled from one department manager to another. Over the course of a week, we spoke with 3 different people who assured us they would get answers to our questions yet not one called us back in spite of each one promising to call the next day. It seemed they were just trying to wear us down until we gave up, so we did and took our business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing after such a long standing relationship with the Coverts. More

Didn’t feel I was given the priority a customer deserves. The buying process started on a Saturday, but it only proceeded further on Monday because I called to check up on the status.
