Service was better when we had the Acura Care. We set up an appointment to have an oil change and diagnostics for check engine light. The service department calls late afternoon to give us the diagnostic re an appointment to have an oil change and diagnostics for check engine light. The service department calls late afternoon to give us the diagnostic results and had just completed the oil change. That was disappointing since our appointment was an 820 or 840. Had to leave the car another day to have work done. Driver was 30 minutes late picking me up. More

Salesman Chris was terrific but The Sales manager Bill Torres was very shady .. After we had a deal he tried to back out and even wanted to cancel ..
