So my overall experience was great. Brandon Lewis had great customer service. George Fox had great customer service and did all that he could to help me get my car. However, Don Miller was horrible and I great customer service. George Fox had great customer service and did all that he could to help me get my car. However, Don Miller was horrible and I would never want to work with him again. First off, we are in a worldwide pandemic and he wouldn’t wear a mask and was even coughing at times without one on. Secondly, he seemed very impatient and agitated. At one point he basically snatched MY phone out of my hand (with his possible corona germs) when I was on the phone with the insurance company and started yelling at the insurance lady. And they when my dad had a question he got super impatient and irritated with my dad. It just felt really unnecessary and I REALLY Hope that any commission that gets made off my car sale goes to Brandon and none of it to Don. I gave him 1 star only because negative stars wasn’t an option. But besides my unpleasant experience with Don....I am thankful. I felt that you all did everything you could for me and I really appreciate that. Hope you guys have a great 2021 full of lots of sales! Thank you! More
