Where is the "Easy" button??? Wow. There is not enough time in my day to describe how thankful I am to the crew at Anchorage Jeep. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and th Wow. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was bar none the easiest experience I have EVER had. I even kept telling my husband, "So, when is the bad news coming?" It never came. We walked in there late on a Sunday night, it was snowing and cold. The Jeep I wanted to see was BURIED behind 6 other cars. "JMAC" didn't miss a beat. He said, "No Problem!" and busily uncovered the car I came to see. He explained every feature on the car and was extremely knowledgeable! JMAC was personable and enjoyable to work with. Travis, the manager, was a cool cat. He was more than accommodating and understanding of our needs. He made promises and guess what? DELIVERED! We ended up having to go back the next day due to the banks being closed, and when we went back-George stepped in and assisted us due to JMAC having a prior appointment. He was awesome, I mean- fabulous! He answered all of our questions, offered suggestions, and gave thorough explanations. Tony in finance was quick and efficient. The whole crew at this dealership really offered one stop, stress free shopping. I would refer anyone to Anchorage Jeep!! We are very appreciative of your help JMAC, Travis, George, and Tony!!!! The truck was pulled from the lot to do maintenance and it had seemed as if it were sold. After looking at other options, I saw the truck returned to the website and our business continued. I live about 6 hours from the dealership, so getting all of our ducks in a row ahead of time was a great deal. Flew in as the dealership opened at 10AM, and I was out the door, keys in hand by 11:30AM. George is immensely knowledgable about the vehicles they sell. I had already done a fair amount of research ahead of time, but George mentioned a few things I didn't know about the systems. Very courteous guy as well, as he picked me up at the airport the morning of the deal in his personal vehicle. Jason was also a pleasure to work with as the sales manager. He doesn't beat around the bush and try to fluff things, he's a straight shooter. I liked working with him, and we both got the deal that we wanted. Overall a great experience. Probably not my last vehicle purchase from these guys. More
