I was paired with Andre and am so very grateful- he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Subaru -- and the car market at large-- but he was kind, very respectful, and put zero pressure on me. I trusted he had my best interests in mind and I genuinely valued his advice on many decisions during the process. For instance, we thought we needed 15k miles and he showed us at 15 cents per mile overage, 12k was the best exploratory option in the aim of saving money. He negotiated the price down to the absolute floor (beating every other dealership and leasing company for the same model with more features), and their leases include free oil changes, inspections after the first, shuttle service, loaner service, and road side service. We'll be going back. More
