"Two trips instead of one"
Made appointment to fix mirror and asked to make sure mirror in stock. Mirror needed painting so had to make two trips. And second trip took over an hour, just to attach a mirror.

I have 3 Outbacks in my company that were purchased in NJ and we always dealt with the dealer there which is excellent. Because of COVID I no longer drive into the office and I needed to service a 2010 Outback with 56,000 closer to where I live , in Brooklyn. My friends have purchased cars from this dealership and were very satisfied with their transactions and service. I decided to take it there instead of driving to NJ. The car was ready when promised, the staff was pleasant and cordial, while having the car there they took their time and examined the entire car. I think they gained me as a customer. Since this was a recall I can't comment on pricing.
Brought my Outback in for oil change and New York State Inspection. Service was done quickly without any delay. Mark was great even though he was doing a lot because people had called in sick.
