We purchased a CRV hybrid from Terry Pytel in late June. Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I held off completing this survey until we had the car for a few months and had taken it on a few short trips. Happy to say, we are still just as happy with the car now. We also had a follow up appointment with Terry a few weeks ago so that he could review some of the many features on the car that we needed extra help learning about. Once again, he was the most patient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind salesman we could have ever hoped to have! He deserves 5 stars plus! More
