I haven't been pleased with the service for years The customer service is poor this visit was acceptable this time in the past it was very poor the service on the car is poor my last visit they didn't pu customer service is poor this visit was acceptable this time in the past it was very poor the service on the car is poor my last visit they didn't put enough oil in the engine. The oil light was on when I left the next day. I couldn't drive my car I had to have it towed in for them to put more oil in it. I never received an apology or compensation this is not the first time there have been many poor service visits the service has just gone down from the door to leaving they try and harass you into thousand of dollars in repairs after saying I said no many times then the manager came out continuing to harass me I only go there because it's close not for service it's ridiculously expensive I wrote a letter about the service in the past where I was ignored when I walked in they helped someone else that came in after me ( because of my ethnicity) it was very obvious I never heard from anyone in the organization More
