I recently had my oil serviced & tires rotated. When I picked my vehicle up, the air filter and cabin filter were noted as needing immediate attention. When I opened the hood and looked at the ai When I picked my vehicle up, the air filter and cabin filter were noted as needing immediate attention. When I opened the hood and looked at the air filter chamber there was a missing screw in the corner that was more difficult to get at and an obvious gap by the filter. The filter was not very dirty as it had been replaced in the past year. I was not happy! When I removed the glove box to access the cabin filter, the cover had not been put back on the cabin filter chamber and was laying loose while the cabin filter was not even put back in all the way. I was then really not happy!! I will be looking for another dealer. Bob More

I have purchased several vehicles from this Ewald location over the past 20 years, as have my parents and my daughter. I cannot give them enough praise. From the show floor to the service center to the office, I'm greeted friendly with a smile. I have never once felt disgruntled after visiting. I realize that the process of buying a car can be intimidating and a hassle. However, I don't feel like that when purchasing a car from this company! Following customers. Easiest way to keep in business. Have our 2 current vehicles purchased from Ewald. Local and relationships made for giving of business. All paid off; but sell this, sell that, sell more is all we heard as purchasing. long process. Servicing after purchase should be considered. Please work with a private mechanic when possible. Buick dealership side was astronomic in price and opposite in knowledge. Chevy side had a customer that looked the other way for 2 years. 3 strikes and you are out! The worst that you could imagine. Makes me sick that I gave them so much business. Don’t make that mistake! More

They did not report the damage to me. Instead, attempted to cover up the damage with unmatching touch up paint. They get Customer Service! They get customer service! Having moved into the area from out of state, I was a customer of a different Chevy Dealer for a couple years. After many They get customer service! Having moved into the area from out of state, I was a customer of a different Chevy Dealer for a couple years. After many customer service issues (too many to list in this review) I went to try Ewald Chevelet for some routine service. I was pleasantly relieved to find they provided the service I had been accustomed to prior to moving here. In fact, as time has progressed, they have repeatedly demonstrated above and beyond customer service. They know what it takes to value a customer and to make one feel at ease when dealing with mechanical issues we all have to deal with from time to time. Andre in the service department has made experiences less stressful, as he identifies the problem and offers the best solution for you. He has gone the extra mile on numerous occasions to ensure my experience was a pleasant one. Today, once again I was not disappointed. I needed a tire leak issue resolved and was prepared to drop off my vehicle and to get a rental so they could address the issue. Instead of having to get a rental, Andre got my vehicle in asap, saving me from having to get a rental car. On another occasion, I went into the shop to get a tire lock for a rotation. Andre, a mechanic who goes by the same name, recognized my truck and came over to see if the issue he had worked on a year prior was still resolved (he remembered my vehicle and me). These little things go a long way...they actually care about the customer. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend them for service and will be working with them when it come time for a new Chevy.
