He walked me through the process step-by-step without any high pressure sales. When my Maverick was delivered to the dealership, our experience got even better. Sales Manager, Muhammad Tahir, was incredibly professional and his communication and attention to detail was outstanding. Although I was purchasing one of the more affordable vehicles from Ford, Muhammad and the team at Jim Ellis Ford treated us as if we were purchasing the most expensive truck on the lot. They really made us feel like family. Sales manager, Jeremy Ellis, took care of all of the accessories which included tint, embossed MAVERICK lettering on the tailgate, spray-in bedliner, rear spoiler, and fender flairs. Everything was perfect and the vehicle looks awesome. We decided to do our financing with the dealership. Andre' Thomas was our Finance Manger and he really took great care of us. We had such a great experience that we decided to have all of the required maintenance paid up front and will be taking both my Maverick and Mach-e to Jim Ellis for all of our maintenance needs.
