Classic Cadillac FAILED to provide title! My husband purchased a used 2025 Audi Q5 for our daughter on May 30, 2026 from Classic Cadillac and it is now July 22, 2026 and we still do not have My husband purchased a used 2025 Audi Q5 for our daughter on May 30, 2026 from Classic Cadillac and it is now July 22, 2026 and we still do not have the title and registration. We have called several times and left messages with the sales staff, our original salesperson and the person in charge of title paperwork with no response from any (and in fact, we feel that we are being ghosted – the receptionist stated that the title person’s phone isn’t working and the mailbox was full for the sales guy). It took an in person visit from my husband to discover that Classic Cadillac did not have the title on the date of purchase, which was not disclosed to us. There is a lack of urgency to get this resolved. More
