I purchased a Nissan rogue back in nov and i absolutely love my new car! Davonte helped me out through the process and well as Matt and a few others in the office. They have a positive attitude and they absolutely know their facts. Davonte reached out from time to time to check in and it is much appreciated. When I service my vehicles, Tonya is always a pleasure to work with and is very welcoming! Back in feb I had a flat tire and this team helped me out in no time. I was so appreciative of their help in what felt like a crisis. I always have great experience with this crew and I wouldn’t service my car anywhere else! Thanks again. More

This dealership used to be Serafini, and the service didn't transfer when it changed hands. Don't buy an extended warranty unless you're willing to advocate for yourself. Paid out of pocket for things t didn't transfer when it changed hands. Don't buy an extended warranty unless you're willing to advocate for yourself. Paid out of pocket for things that were covered and didn't discover the repair was cover until the policy expired. Dealers don't like to tell you because their labor and costs are set with the sale of the warranty. I asked if they would backdate it and honor that it was covered at the time it was discovered. I didn't even receive a reply. Matthews dealerships are a vast network now and operate more as a corporate machine than the family oriented dealer I prefer to do business with. More

Every time I book a date for an incremental service check, the communication is swift, the service thorough, and utterly considerate. I never feel "upsold", but instead, cautioned on ways to save my m check, the communication is swift, the service thorough, and utterly considerate. I never feel "upsold", but instead, cautioned on ways to save my money. New in town, I was recommended by a very long-term, satisfied customer. He even drives all the way back here to get serviced for tricky jobs. At first I thought this is what "small town" pride delivers. But my friend strongly advised not all service sites in town are like this one. So grateful they are warm, wonderful, and super competent. Great people. Great service. More
