Dealers don't like to tell you because their labor and costs are set with the sale of the warranty. I asked if they would backdate it and honor that it was covered at the time it was discovered. I didn't even receive a reply. Matthews dealerships are a vast network now and operate more as a corporate machine than the family oriented dealer I prefer to do business with. More

He even drives all the way back here to get serviced for tricky jobs. At first I thought this is what "small town" pride delivers. But my friend strongly advised not all service sites in town are like this one. So grateful they are warm, wonderful, and super competent. Great people. Great service. More
