The Next Morning She Was Up Bright And Early Back At It Again She Is A Very Dedicated Hard Worker And She Cares About The Customers She Come In Touch With She Is Very Driven And She Didn't Stop Until She And Damian Got Us Approved For This Car We Wanted So Bad. Listen We Had Been To Two Dealership Whom I Want Name. And My Credit Score Was A Almost A 7.0 And They Did Over 25 Inquiries A Piece And It Took My Credit To A Plunge That I Was So Drepressed And Hurt I Had Doctors Appointments That Me And My Husband Had To Attend But The Lyft And Uber We Couldn't Afford. So After Andrea Call Us And Ask Us For A Certain Down Payment We Explained We Didn't Have It But We Thank Her For Everything All Her Time And Effort She Put Into Trying To Get Us Approved. So We Told Her We Would Ask Some People To Help Us. The Next Morning We Ask Andrea If She Could Go And Ask Her Manager About A Certain Amount Of Money If He Can Take She Said I Will Ask Him But I Don't Know We Said Call Us And Let Us Know If He Said No So About 2:35pm On Valentines Eve WeHad To Go To 2 Doctor's Appointment And Had Said To My Husband It's Getting Late I Don't Think It's Going To Happen So After Coming Back Home We Said To Other We Just Have To Start All Over Again No More Filling Out Applications It's Over We Can't Believe That There Are People Out There Who Pretend To Have Your Back And They Literally Destroy You. But You Have To Pray And Tell GOD That You Are Fed Up And Treating You Like The Way These 2 Dealership Did To Me And My Husband Jerry When We Met Andrea Everything Changed She Would Call Us Talk To Us It Was Like GOD Sent 2 Angels Who Listen To Me And My Husband Jerry And They Gave Us A Second Chance To Be Automobile Customers And I Keep Telling My Husband Jerry Pinch Me Because I Was So Emotional I Couldn't Contain Myself. I sell cars myself at another dealership and came here because it was the only dealership I could get in contact with selling a Tacoma and being upfront and honest about their processes. Andrea is very good at what she does for being only a few months in the business, aware and caring of your situation, time, money, and interests, unlike most salespeople, who tend to just seem to care if you’re just there to buy the car or not which in all three times I visited this dealer they never made me feel pressured into making this purchase.
