Customer service was good but service maintenance was poor. My car stayed in the shop for two weeks the customer service and communication was great. The service for maintenance was horrible I had a bad odor c My car stayed in the shop for two weeks the customer service and communication was great. The service for maintenance was horrible I had a bad odor coming from my Ac the dealership changed my cabin filter and performed an a.c. treatment. After they changed and performed the a.c. treatment on the cabin filter a musky order still came from my ac. My steering wheel buttons were peeling they changed the buttons but I complained about automatic shut off button peeling but when I picked my car up that button was still on my dash and the A was still missing. I also scheduled a wheel alignment it was done but now my tires are not balanced. I'm still waiting on the advisor to contact me about the unfinished maintenance it has been six days. More
