If you are going to purchase a MINI, ask specifically for Andrea Melo. No joke. I had been in contact with her about a vehicle via text for a couple of days as I was about 3 hours away. On my way to the dealership, I took a look at their inventory on my phone and found something that caught my attention. I sent her the info via text on my way there and she had both vehicles pulled out and ready for a test drive when I arrived. On... I should mention she came in on her day off to do so! We most likely purchased the least expensive car on the lot and she treated my spouse and I like royalty through the entire process. So patient, so kind. Being over 60, I truly appreciated her demeanor and assistance when going over all of the technological aspects that are part of buying a car in today's market. I just can't say enough about how awesome she was and would give her more than 5 stars if this survey would allow. More
