My needs and concerns were listened to, I never at any point felt ‘sold to’, or pressured into something I didn’t want. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was picking up my new car by Tuesday. In total I probably spent less than an 90 minutes there across the two appointments, including the test drive. My recommendation is to ask for Andreas – he will do everything in his power to make sure you leave with the right vehicle, as efficiently as possible, and answer any questions you have very patiently. As far as car buying experiences go, I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Thank you! More

Andreas is patient and thorough. He found me exactly the car I was looking for, at the price I wanted. He is fair and has the buyer's best interests at heart. My new car had a cracked headlight that nobody had noticed; when I arrived to sign paperwork for the car Andreas already had the $1500 part on order from Germany. Herb lost a hard working employee. Now he works at Wellesley Volkswagen. So better than a trust worthy person to get help from. Matt introduced me to Andreas Becker, sales man who also imported himself from Germany. Andreas took us for a test drive. Very knowledgeable about the product. We weren't ready to pull the trigger yet. We needed to look at some other vehicles. The one thing that was very important to me was that I wasn't hassled by follow up phone calls. When we were finally ready,we contacted Andreas and felt comfortable to work with him. Andreas took our offer over to Mike the GSM. Mike worked out a great deal fairly quickly. Andreas then took us over Ramin Tayoun Finance Director. Ramin is a veteran in auto industry. He made the process painless and extremely fun. He understood what we needed exactly. We were in and out extremely fast. The next day we took delivery of our new car. The car was perfect. Andreas took his time to explain everything to us. Then Wellesley Volkswagen even provided a nice little gift. Everything was easy and no hassle! A future with Matt Killian in service I know our VW is in good hands. More

I cannot say enough about Andreas. He has a very deep product knowledge; he's honest, forthright, has a great personality and easygoing manner, and works very hard to ensure his customers are happy. I recently moved into a 2017 VW Jetta GLI, and it was, once again, a great buying experience. I knew the model I wanted and the price range and time frame that I could work with. Andreas was very proactive, flexible, and helpful in meeting these parameters. There was no 'back and forth' that often comes with a car purchase. It was a truly enjoyable and pleasant experience. The car was ready for delivery at a time that fit my busy schedule. I would absolutely recommend Andreas and Wellesley VW to anyone looking to purchase a car. Cheers! More
