Nicholas Santino JR Gino Maybe I just got unlucky. ..my advice to you readers is that IF you want to purchase a MOPAR vehicle, choose a different Family. These reviews are all staged by the salespeople...they get the site up on their IPad and shove it in your face so the review goes up before you leave the property. I obviously would not have given a 5 star review for a "sales experience" on a brand new Ram 1500 LIMITED, fully loaded vehicle that broke down 3 hours later. I can't blame the Kunes Woodstock Team for selling me a truck that broke down 190 miles after the maiden voyage began. I can't blame the Kunes Woodstock Team for the 5-day lead time to get repair parts. I can't blame the Kunes Woodstock Team that my new vehicle is in Lafayette IN, 286 miles from my home. I CAN blame MOPAR for putting a truck on the lot that quickly failed and I CAN blame Kunes Woodstock for the Poor followup on the new vehicle that was literally 3 hours off their lot. "Hit the SOS button", Nic said. After waiting for 15 minutes for the system not to locate a wrecker, I hung up, found and paid for one from my own pocket. Google helped me to locate nearby Twin City Chrysler. Thanks to the tow truck driver for Quick Response, for delivering the NEW Truck to Twin City and for dropping me at the hotel that I also paid from my own pocket. Kudos to Tony and the Team at Twin City Chrysler Dodge in Lafayette, IN for getting me a rental car first thing the next day and for diagnosing, attempting repairs and for communicating with me throughout the process. They suggested keeping the truck overnight to test again the next day which was fortunate since their attempted repairs failed to resolve the issues. 5 days for repair parts that are not guaranteed to fix the problem. The texting that Nic did merely frustrated me. He was zero help. Two days later, I received an email from Gino Mangicavallo THANKING me for my recent purchase and how THRILLED he is to welcome me to the Kunes Woodstock FAMILY...seriously?? Stop with the automated messages and pick up the phone, say you are sorry for sending me down the road in truck that was not road worthy. I am left with the dread of driving the rental car nearly 300 miles to Lafayette, IN, to retrieve a brand new truck that could break down again after another 200 miles. This is my first MOPAR experience...ever and may be my last. Time will tell, but if I buy again, it won't be here. More
