Manny our Kia consultant is always there to help with our car problems. He is so helpful and knowledgeable about our car. Manny is the only reason we continue to buy or lease Kia cars. The folks that helped with the information and leasing of the car were all excellent! Getting charged $60/month because I have borrowed money for a car or home in more than 20 years seemed punitive for havin the car were all excellent! Getting charged $60/month because I have borrowed money for a car or home in more than 20 years seemed punitive for having otherwise great credit ratings! Equifax rates my credit in the 790’s but something under 700 was used from Equifax adjusting form lack of car financing history!! I spend $259-$300 thousand on credit cards, and pay them in full each month, but I don’t have good enough credit for $400/leases. It took a good deal for a good solid car and made it an OK deal. Just doesn’t feel right!! Unfortunately, I will think about this every month when I make the payment! More

Andres was thorough with his product knowledge. we were done with all paperwork within an hour! That was a pleasant surprise! During our tutorial, he was teaching us about "Hey Kia" voice comman we were done with all paperwork within an hour! That was a pleasant surprise! During our tutorial, he was teaching us about "Hey Kia" voice commands which was a riot BUT the software did not complete the command of Opening/Closing Windows> Overall, it was smooth, pleasant and quick. :) More

I had a great experience with the entire team at Kia Naples. Everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. They helped me get a great deal and made the entire experience incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Vinny was excellent in helping me put the deal together, and Nick and David on the management team were both great to work with as well. Scott made the financing process extremely easy and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase additional products or extras, which I really appreciated. Andres did a fantastic job with the delivery of the vehicle. He took the time to walk me through every feature in detail and demonstrated an impressive amount of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. The entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful process remarkably easy. I would highly recommend Kia Naples and the team there! More

The dealership is great overall and my service advisor was very friendly. Only concern was the wait time I had to stay at the dealership vs. what I was told to expect.
