As a comparison, I recently assist some family members in buying a couple of new cars from other dealerships and those transactions were filled with sitting, back and forth with an endless number of management/sales efforts (“want fries with that” type), this was picked right vehicles, discuss price, trade in review, offer, discussion counter and done after 5 minutes. I sneezed and the new car was cleaned and parked under cover with a bow on it! We cleaned out trade in and after a thoughtful set up and review of how to from Andres (really great) drove home behind us, collected check and title, we did everything and were in the car within a few hours.
