Went in for 10k toyota care service. The maintenance invoice showed that they rotated my tires, changed oil with oil filter and did a multi-point inspection. However, the tires were never rotated since I marked them but they didnt know that. Now I am questioning whether they changed my oil or not or did any of the items they listed on the invoice or why it wasn’t explained why my tires weren’t rotated while the invoice said otherwise More

This is just oil change, no extra work.
