My experience at Richard Lucas Chevrolet was outstanding compared to others dealerships I have been to. As soon as arrived, they had a wide selection of car to view. He took the time and explain to me the difference between 2026 Blazer and Equinox. At no point did I did I felt like i was forced to buy a car at the moment even when he knew i was carless. I am very happy that I was able to get my 2026 Chevy Equinox RS that’s i wanted. Worked with Andres recently on purchasing a 2025 Corvette. Andres the Sales associate was great. No pressure. Showed us what we wanted to see and did not try to upsell. He also showed several color options and different models. He spent about 45 minutes walking us through all the car's features and tech features including helping us set up the on Star and Sirius radio. He even set up our first oil change for us. The finance manager Vinny F. was also great. Walked us through all the paperwork and answered all our questions. The internet manager Scott was also great, kept in touch and followed up regularly. I wasn't talked down to, pressured, or left sitting there forever like a lot of places do. The whole process from walking in the door to leaving with my brand new vehicle was under 3 hours. Once that was done Vinny Frasco was then very helpful with showing me how all the bells and whistles of the infotainment system and other functions operated. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Andres, to anyone who's looking to buy or lease their next vehicle. More
