THE definition of Friendly Service From the time I walked into the parking lot with the intention of buying a new car to the time I left the service department every associate I dealt w From the time I walked into the parking lot with the intention of buying a new car to the time I left the service department every associate I dealt with was friendly, helpful and truly showed that they wanted me to feel like/be a customer for life. There was a small manufacturing/programming issue with the sunroof on the vehicle I purchased. Things like this sometimes happen and I understand that but it was still frustrating to buy a new car and immediately have an issue. However, the associates at this dealership even made having to come in for service right away such a pleasant experience that I completely forgot about being frustrated and instead was impressed by how comfortable I felt at the dealership and by how every person I had contact with was so completely friendly and helpful. I feel that they went the extra mile to make sure my experience there was wonderful. In addition, they want you to know that they are there to serve and that you can call any of them any time you need service/help/info and they will assist you. It is apparent that this dealership is built on the principles of Servant Leadership. More

Was great until couple days later Apparently during my 90K service, a mechanic had to get to the throttle body and completely broke the air intake boot that I had previously had only a Apparently during my 90K service, a mechanic had to get to the throttle body and completely broke the air intake boot that I had previously had only a crack and duct tape....within 10 miles of driving my car, the transmission became erratic and the whole car was bucking above 15 mph! I had to have my car towed back to you on a Sunday..(..Nov 18th) So I ended up having to replace the boot a bit earlier than I had planned by Infiniti..... Now on Sunday 11/25th, my car wouldn't start I had to get a jump from a stranger (but my battery is relatively new; check your recent record). I'm wandering if there is something going on since after that jump, the car starts without a jump!?? Vince More
