I feel they took advantage of me. I saw the sales person and the sales manager fist bump after we made the deal that I was not totally good with. The fuel tank was almost on empty. This is the last vehicle I will purchase from any Hubler location. More

I don’t know if things have changed recently but they didn’t fill gas tank , I have to change oil and I only have one key to vehicle, when got wife car six months ago oil was changed had full tank of gas didn’t fill gas tank , I have to change oil and I only have one key to vehicle, when got wife car six months ago oil was changed had full tank of gas and two keys with used vehicle and when I got my new van five months ago had full tank of gas and two keys More

So I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Ken in Finance. Ken told me that my payment on my vehicle was going to be the same with or without one of the products he offered. He said it ba with Ken in Finance. Ken told me that my payment on my vehicle was going to be the same with or without one of the products he offered. He said it basically cost me nothing. Mind you, I refused all of his products because I did not want them and I wanted my payment where it was at. I said if it was free then I’d take it. I reviewed all of the paperwork after I got home and realized there was a $925.00 charge for the product. $925.00 is not free and makes an impact on the total price and payment. I contacted Ken and told him what I found. He told me that my payment was going to be the same because he lowered the interest rate in order to make my payment the same. However, he also told me that if I didn’t buy the product that my interest rate would be higher. I told him that I wanted to redo the contract without the $925.00 charge and he advised that it could not be done. The deal could have been unwound with the finance company but they refused to do it. I filed a complaint with the finance company. They got in touch with the dealership who then stated they never said that the interest rate would be different which was a lie. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this dealership who conducts shady business and lies. If he did it to me then he has done it to others. More
