Trade in negotiation was fair, honest and reasonable. No pressure. Purchased new Buick Envision Avenir on the first visit. Delivery was completed on the same day with minimal wait. All Buick phone apps and customized settings were activated prior to taking delivery. A detailed briefing of all the systems and features was conducted prior to our departing. When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More
